WiseMe is a local-first AI voice dictation application. We follow the principle of minimal data collection. We only collect the following anonymous, non-personal statistical information:

  • Software version information
  • Feature usage frequency and overall activity statistics
  • Anonymized crash logs and error reports

This information is used solely to improve software performance and does not include any personally identifiable data.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To maximize your privacy protection, we solemnly commit:

  • We do not collect, store, upload, or analyze any of your voice dictation, text input, or other input content in WiseMe;
  • We do not read, collect, or transmit any AI model API keys you enter;
  • We do not obtain or process any conversation content, prompts, or AI-generated content;
  • We do not collect any personally identifiable information (including name, phone number, email, device identifiers, IP address, etc.).

All input processing operations are completed on your local device and never pass through our servers.

3. Third-Party AI Services

WiseMe supports using custom AI model service API keys (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to complete model calls.

Please note:

  • API keys are only stored on your local device;
  • All model calls are processed directly by the third-party service provider you choose;
  • Model conversations, voice content, and text content are handled by the third-party service provider and are not related to WiseMe;
  • We do not relay, store, or analyze this content.

You should read and comply with the privacy policy and terms of use of your chosen third-party model service.

4. Policy Updates

As the software evolves, we may make appropriate adjustments to this privacy policy. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through appropriate means.

Continued use of this software after policy updates indicates your acceptance of the updated content.
